Headquarters, 129th F. L. Amerioan 860 February and, 1919. MTMORA NDUM: I. This Regiment will proceed to turn in all Oránance equipment ex- cept porsonal ordnance equipment and that necestary to maintain the Regiment. All mall azme ammunition will be boxed and turned over to the supply Company. All machine guns, fire control equigment for mohine guns pistols and revolvers, automatic rifles, will be turned over to the Supply company. This to be accomplished by Monday night, February 3, 1919. will inspect and keep an account of all smill arms, madhine guns, ammunition, as listed above. Euch officer and lst Sergeant will kepp thoir pistolo or revolvera and 31 rounds of ammunition. All heavy ordnance equipment, fourgons, chariota du paro, etc., will be turned axa in to the Artillery Park at SOUKESMES. An officer of the Supply Company will be started by Cuptnin Jobes yo be at SOUHESIES and arrange for the turning over of this equipment. All harness will be thoroughly cleaned. no Water or oil will be used on any lenther equipment. Wagons will be washed. Guns will be W ell greased and oiled. The broech blocks being taken down and greased well before mounted again. One (1) Fourgon will be kept by each battery and the supply Co. The Headquartors Company will keep three (3) fourgons. All harness turned OVer to SOUHESMES will be asoked and tied up by seta. Saoks will be taken over to SQUHESMES with carriages to be used in salvaging harnosa used en route. Three (3) day's rations and forage will be taken by those going to SOUHESIES. One (1) Cannoneer per carriage will be taken. All msteriel to be taken to SOUHD SUES will be assembled by Battalions at a rendezvous designated by Battalion Commendera. The maroh to SQUHESMES will be by Battalions and consist of a throe daye trip. ateriel of organizations will leave their endeze- vous at 7:30 (Seven Thirty) hour, Wednesday February 3th (fifth), 1919. Equipment and materiel will be turned over on Thursday, February 6th, 1919. and return trip wh31 be made on February 7th (Friday), 1919. Extra greaso will be taken so that guns maybe given a final greasing before being turned over. Detail orders will follow directing turning in of all equipment. Care aus be taken that sufficient equipment will be loft to mintain the Regiment. II. All paper work, Organization Counoil Books, will be brought up to date. Major Gates, with Captain Lawson and Lieut. Slagle au assistants, mill make inspection of all organization records and de that same are complete and up to date. III.
