American Expeditionary Forces. 1031. Headquarters Postal Express Service. A. P. 0. #702. France, February 26th, 1919. To c.O. 's. OF UNITS AND ESTABLISHMENTS. All mail at the Central Post Office is alphabetically arranged in cases where it is available for immediate inspection and search. It is, therefore, possible to dispatch mail on the request of an individual. This preceedure will eliminate the delay necessitated by search through Directory Tiles and readdressing therefrom. Officers whose mail has been delayedare requested to write direct to the KEXXAX Central Post Office requesting search for any delayed letter. This request should state their present address clearly, including arm of service, Regument, unit and A. P. 0. number. Commanding Officers of Units and Establishments are requested to submit to the Central Post Office an alphabetical list of the sol- diers in theid command whose mail has been delayed. These lists should state clearly the full name of the soldier, any other organization which he has served recently, and the arm of the service, Regiment, Company and A.
