The paragraph referring to Lieutenant Colonel Carl I. Ristine is changed to show that officer commanding the 139th Infantry instead of the 137th Infantry. II. Genoral Ordors No. 102, November 19, 1918, these Head- quarters, is corrected to show Major P. C. Kalloch to have been assigned to command of a battalion OI the 137th Infantry instead of the 139th Infantry. III.
