The following is published for the information and guidance of all concerned; "H A E F march lst, 1919. Commanding General 35th Division Number 5025 G-5. AS a branch of the A E F University there is being established at Bellevue near Paris an Art Training Center offering advanced courses in architecture, painting, sculpture, interior decoration, industrial art design, commercial art, city planning and housing. All the facilities in and about Paris in these sub- jects will be made available to students. Term three months. Students privileged to return to U S with their 0 rganizations if ordered prior to completion of term. Applications will be received by organization commanders for these courses with full statement of students qualifications and if approved Wi 11 be forwarded direct to Colonel Charles W. Exton, Infantry, Seventy Six Faubourg Saint Honore, Paris. Selections will be made from list of applicants and individual orders issued from these headquarters, Every effort will be made to make known this opportunity to all members your command. DAVIS." II.
