Executor's Deed of the Estate of Mary Jane Chiles to P. C. Chiles and Olive Chiles

Whereas, Mary Jane Chiles, late of Jackson County, State of Missouri, died testate, seized of the lands hereinafter described, and by her last will and testament duly probated in the Probate Court of Jackson County, at Independence, Missouri, a copy of which said will is recorded in the Recorder's office of said County at Independence, in Book 516, at Page 288, and following being file No. 246878 in said office, devised said land hereinafter described as aforesaid to me, the undersigned with full power to sell and, convey the same a.t such price and on such terms as I should deem right, and Whereas, P. C. Chiles and Olive H. Chiles, husband and wife of said County and State, has agreed to purchase said land at a price deemed right by me, and to pay cash therefor. Now, therefore, I, the undersigned, as executor and trustee under the terms of said will, having duly qualified as executor of said will, in consideration of the sum of Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars, the price by me deemed right, to me paid by said P. C. Chiles, and Olive H. Chiles, husband and wife, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Bargain, Sell, Transfer, and Convey to said P. C. Chiles, and Olive H. Chiles, husband and wife, all the right, title, interest and estate owned and held by said Mary Jane Chiles at the time of her death of, in, and to the following described lands, being the lands first aforesaid, in Jackson County, Missouri, to-wit:- Forty (40) acres off of North side of the Southwest Quarter (swc) of Section Thirteen (13), , and Twenty (20) acres off of south end of West half (w2) of Northwest Quarter (NWE) of Section Thirteen (13); And also Forty (40) acres off the North side of the Soufheast Quarter (SE£) of Section Fourteen (14) ; Eighty (80) acres, being the South half (sp) of the Northeast Quarter (NEA) of Section Fourteen (14); Fourteen and 50/100 (14.50) acres bounded as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said last mentioned tract, thence North 4.96 chains, thence South 862° West 35.85 chains; thence South 710 West 5.56 chains to West line of said quarter section; thence South 1.92 chains; thence East 40.37 chains to beginning; and five and one-half (52) acres described as follows: Beginning at a point 3.44 chains North 8 of the
