DEED OF TRUST This Deed, made and entered into this 9th day of July in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred and twonty-four by and between John S. Wallace, Jr., single, of the County of Jackson, State of Missouri, part y of the First Part, JOHN D. STROTHER, of the County of Jackson, State of Missouri, party of the Second Part, and W. E. Hood of the County of State of , part Y of the Third Part, Witnesseth: That the said part of the First Part, in consideration of the debt and trust herein- after mentioned and created, and of the sum of One Dollar, to him paid by the said party of the Second Part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents, Grant, Bargain, and Sell, Convey and Confirm, unto the said party of the Second Part, the following described tracts, pieces, or parcels of land, situated, lying and being in the County of Jackson and State of Mis- souri, to-wit: Ten acres, beginning at the North West corner of the North West quarter of the South East quarter of Section Twenty-oight (28), Township Forty-nine (49), Range Thirty-two (32), thence East 197.6 feet, thence South parallel to the West line of said quarter quarter section, 1320.3 feet to the South line thereof, thence West 329.8 feet, thence North 1321.1 feet, thence East 132.2 feet to the place of beginning; Also the West half of the following described tract: Eleven acres, beginning at the North East corner of the North East quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Forty-nine (49), Range Thirty-two (32), thence East 120.89 feet, thence south parallel to the East line of said quarter quarter section 1316.05 feet, thence West 364.1 feet to a point 243.21 feet West of the South East corner of said quarter quarter Section, thence North 1316.25 feet to the North line thereof, thence East 243.21 foot to the place of beginning.
