jolane - Special Commissioners Deed - This deed made this 19th day of February 1928 by and between Fleming Pondleton as Special Yommissioner heretofore appointed by the Circuit Court of Jackson County Hissouri at Independence in a certain cause therein pending between Elizabeth C. Wallaoe as plaintiff and William H. Wallace Jr, Mary Wallace nill, John McPherson Dennis Jr, Mary Dennis Gould, Frances Dennis Gould and Mamie C. Dennis as defendants No 63792, as party of the first part, and Lake Lotawana Developement Company (a corporation) as party of the second part. Witnesseth; that whereas on towit the 17th day of December 1927 a decree and order of sale in partition was by said Court made and entered of record in said cause directing a sal by said Special ommissioner of the lands hereina fterdescribed at public sale at the east front door of the Court House in Independence Jackson dounty -issouri; And whereas in pursuance of the terms of said decree and order of sale, a certified copy of which was by the Clerk of the Court issued and delivered to me, I, the undersigned Special Commissioner, having previously given twenty days no- tice of the time torms and place ofisale and what realestate was to be sold and where situated in the Independence Examiner a newspaper printed one and published in Independence Jackson County Missouri, did in accordance nt with the torms of said decree and order of sale cause said real estate to be exposed for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder at the east front door tof the Court House in Independence Jackson County Hissouri on the 17th day of January 1928 between the hours of nine o'clock in the fore noon and five o'clock in the afternoon and while said Circuit Court was in Session, and the party of the second part. Lake Letawana Developement Com- pany (a corporation ) being th highest bidder for said lands and the whole thereof at the price and sum of Sixty thousand Nine Hundred and fi fty eight ($60958.00) Dollars, the same were sold to said Lake Lotawana Developement Company for said price; and whoreas thereafter on said 17th day of clanuary 1928, I, the said Special ommissioner did file in said Court with Clerk thereof a report of said sale; And whereas thereafter towit on the 25th day of February 1928 such further proceedings were had said cause that the said sale and report of sale was by said Circuit Court approved and confirmed and the ?pecial Commissioner to rder ed to execute nd deliver to Lake LQtawana Developement Company a deed for the real estate fleming Pendleton Special Commissions
