WALLACE conveyed to LANDRY HARWOOD, Trustee, the following described real estate situate in Kansas Eity, Coun- ty of Jackson, State of Missouri, to-wit: All of the North Fifty-five (55) feet of the following real estate in Jackson County, Missouri, described as: Beginning Three Hundred Thirty-five (335) feet South and One Hundred Seventy- three (173) feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter (2) of Section 9, Township 49, Range 32, thence East One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, thence North One Hundred Ten (110) feet, thence West One Hundred Thirty-five (135) feet, thence South One Hundred Ten (110) feet to beginning. note In trust to secure the payment of the Bond to the SAFETY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a cor- poration of the State of Missouri, in said deed of trust described: note AND WHEREAS, the obligation of said Bend has been fulfilled and payment thereof made in full ac- cording to its terms to said SAFETY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, the legal holder and owner thereof; Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises said SAFETY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION does hereby RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE said above described real estate of and from all lien, liability and charge whatsoever, for or on account of said deed of trust.
