g. Refrain from redisposing or concentrating their
military forces, supplies, munitions, and implements of
war, in such a manner as to increase their offensive
capabilities against the other side.
h. Insure that personnel of their respective commands
who violate any of the provisions of this armistice agree-
ment are adequately punished.
i. Permit the entry into territory under their military
control of graves registration personnel of the opposing
side to recover and evacuate its deceased military person-
nel, including prisoners of war, in those cases where the
place of burial is a matter of record.
j. Afford full protection and all possible assistance
and cooperation to the military armistice commission, its
joint observer teams, the neutral supervisory commission,
and its neutral inspection teams, in the carrying out of
the functions and responsibilities hereinafter assigned;
and accord to the neutral supervisory organ, and to its
neutral inspection teams, complete freedom of movement to
and from agreed ports of entry over main lines of communica-
tions and to and from places where violations of this
armistice agreement are reported to have occurred.
k. Provide such logistic support, including communica-
tions and transportation facilities, as may be required
by the military armistice commission and the neutral
supervisory organ and their teams. The Commander in Chief,
United Nations Command, shall construct and maintain a
suitable airfield at the site of the headquarters of the
military armistice commission.
14. This armistice agreement shall apply to all opposing
ground forces under the military control of either side, which
ground forces shall respect the demilitarized zone and the area
under the control of the opposing side.
