SNYDER There is a movement in Congress to sidetrack the technical side of Point 4 program. This should be flagged. THE PRESIDENT Will take it up with the Big 4 on Monday. TOBIN Employment situation is the same as last month. There has been no change. WHITNEY Reported on his trip to Louisville, Ky., to study the business and employment situation.
