U. N. is trying to get a plebicite in Pakistan - India area - and
would like to have Adm Nimitz do the job. In view of Nimitz present
job plus resistance from India would militate against it.

Cataract removed from Snyder's eye today successfully.
MARSHALL
Senate Committee is about to give Defense the manpower bill it
wants. Sen Morse is the only fly in the ointment.
