Begunning 150400 Z, send messages to ship and repeat on
army facilities to TERMINAL .
After 151000 Z send no messages to ship. All traffic
should then be sent to TERMINAL.
We plan to disembark about 151000 z, and follow all
arrangements as set forth in Rowley-Drescher messages.
USS AUGUSTA. has control of Detwiler's circuit. During
our absence from ship it will be operated at the ship's dis-
cretion.
