find copy fieed: 50-AA 50 Reconstruction mise folder 1952 April 11, MEMORANDUM FOR: Mr. Connelly Mr. Crim Mr. Rewley Inspector Francis The following arrangements have been made for the photograph- ing of the ground and first floors of the White House: DATES From 8:30 a.M. to 12:00 Noon on Tucaday, Wednesday, and Thura- day, April 15, 16 and 17; from 8:30 G.M. to 11:00 a.N., Friday, April 18. ENTRANCE All photographers and equipment trucks will enter the Nortivest gate and unload in the driveway under the North portico to the broadcasting room. As each truck delivera its equipment to the broadcasting room, it will pull out and leave the grounds. Equipment trucks are to arrive no earlier than 8:00 a. to be ready to unload at 8:30. TRUE MATIOWAL ARCHIVES ANO OF OVERNIONT STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT RECORDS SUMCE E Mr. Crim is requested to designate one or twro rooms on the ground floor for the overnight storage of lights, cameras, and other neces- sary equipment. This will minimize confusion and traffic in and out of the House, since a great deal of heavy lighting equipment will be used. SHOOTING SCHEDULE On Tuesday and Wednesday, the black and white still photographers and the newsreel photographers will photograph the rooma on the first floor, provided that after these groups have completely finished any room on the first floor, the color photographers may nove in. On those days the ground floor will be reserved exclusively for color photography. On Thursday and Friday the allocation of noors is reversed. SOUND PHOTOGRAPHY In order to expedite shooting, no sound photography will be per- mitted on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. If the progress of photography permits it, arrangements will be made for some sound photography in one or two selected rooms on Friday.
