letter of September twenty-first. I delivered
your kind message to the President and he has
asked ne to assure you that your thoughtfulness
is much appreciated.
Speaking from a personal standpoint,
I heartily agree with you that improvement in the
health of the people of this country is of vital
importance to our successful progress, as a nation,
