It seems to me that it would be
out of the question for the President to
follow the suggestion of Mr. Connorton.
His suggestion is, in effect, that the
President openly abandon his recommendation
for national health insurance for the time
being.

be steered to Oscar Ewing as the Administra-
tion spokesman on this subject.
