The President appreciates your in-
terest in bringing to his attention the pro-
posal which you received from Mr. Sol M.
Lingwitz.
In order that the suggestion of Mr.
Linowitz may have careful study and consider-
ati on by the appropriate officials of the
Government, the Prosident has asked me to call
this correspondence to the attention of the
Federal Security Administrator.
