I should have known that you were on the
job in regard to the case of Sergeant First Class

John R. Rico; but when I Saw that article in the
X144-A
paper and called it to the President's attention,
he directed RIG to go into action immediately as
he thought something should be corrected.
I am glad it worked out to everyones
satisfaction.
