Dear Mr. President:
I had thought that because my work vas
finished as a delegate to the General Assembly
of the United Nations, and as I Y&S only appoint-
ed for this session, that you vould not require
a special resignation. I find that as there is
to be an adjourned session we must all write
you formal letters of resignation, so this is
to resign as a delegate to the General Assembly
which is still in session.
