Dear Mr. President:
I know the election must have been a
disappointment to you, as it was to
me.
I had expected some losses but
not quite such sweeping ones.
However, I am not at all sure that
you will not get as much out of a
straight out Republican Congress,
which now has to take the responsibility
for whatever happens, as you got out
of the type of opposition which the
coalition of reactionary Demobrats and
Republicans created.
