My dear Mr. Vahon:
This will acknowledge the receipt of
the telegram which was sent to the President on
November seventeenth from Fort Worth.
No doubt, you are now familiar with
the Executive Order which the President issued
on November twenty-fifth, establishing the Pres-
ident's Temporary Commission on Employee Loyalty. #
I am enclosing a copy of that Executive Order for
your ready reference.
