My dear Mr. Rayburn:
This will acknowledge the receipt
of your letter of September eighth to the
President in behalf of Mr. Roy Scott, of
Cleveland, Ohio, who is anxious to secure a
position with the Loyalty Review Board.
I shall be glad to bring your let-
ter to the President's attention when he re-
turns to Washington.
