My dear Mr. Fay:
Your letter has been received and I
sincerely regret that we are unable to meet
your wishes for & signed photograph of the
x72-7
President. He is so busy with urgent official
duties that it is simply impossible for him to
comply with the many requests of this kind which
are being received. I know that you will under-
stand.
