Dear Mr. Miller:
The President is glad that you were
one of his television guests on the tour of
the White House recently, and he asks me to
thank you for all the kind expressions and
good wishes conveyed by your letter of May
fifteenth.
I wish it were possible to comply
with your request for 8 signed photograph of

the President, but the pressure on his time
is so exceedingly heavy just now that we are
