Dear Mr. Brod:
I have received your letter
of January 27th and have been glad to
send it to the President's valet,
together with the article which you
enclosed.
I appreciate your helpfulness
with respect to the suit you made for me
last summer, but I don't think it will be
necessary for Ted Marks to look at it. A
x
very minor alteration had to be made and
nother be Carrelly B
it is now a perfect fit. In fact, it is
one of the nicest suits I own and I am
looking forward to wearing it this summer.
My very best regards.
Sincerely,
MATTHEW J. CONNELLY
Secretary to the President
Mr. Stephen Brod
