My dear Mr. Wahlstedt:
The President has received the announcement
of the Thirty-Second Annual Meeting of the Liberty
Memorial Association on November twenty-fifth. He
is extremely sorry that, because of his heavy sched-
ule of commitments, it is not possible for him to be
present.
