I should like to add my personal trioute to others he will receive, for Dean Rusk is the best of American. lie has then consistently served his country with devotion and great ability. lãs counsel and service were particularly outstanding during the dif- ficult years he served as Assistant Secretary X 20 of State for Far lastern Affairs. Ne was a strong and good man to have in that spot when the commints launched their terrible aggres- x 263 sion in Korea. x471 Nr. Rusic is now to continue to serve his country as President of the Rockefeller Foundation. I Join you in wishing him success in that now job. I know he will make good!
