202 FIFTY-SIXTH STREET WEST
NEW YORK 19, N. Y.
April 24, 1959
Dear Mrs. Truman:
Your husband has very kindly promised
that he would make the Memorial Day address
at Hyde Park this year on May 30th, and I
wrote that I would send my car for you the
day before, May 29th, wherever you wished to
be picked up. I think I will be going up
myself that day, so perhaps I can pick you
up around 3:30 or 4:00 wherever you wish?
I hope you will stay over Saturday
and let me send you back to New York on
Sunday after lunch. It will give me very
great pleasure to have you with us at last,
