words are true words. And only when the power of those words is sup-
ported by material accomplishment. Unfounded words are the certain
augury of unconditional surrender for the nations who, lulled by their
own baseless propaganda, will go down to defeat.

Adolph Hitler asked in his January 30, 1941 speech, "On help from out-
side? From America? I can only say this: We have calculated every
possibility from the first."
"President Roosevelt announced in his report to the U.S. Congress
on Lend Lease operations, issued on May 25, 1943, that Lend-Lease ship-
ments to the Soviet Union alone up to April 1 had totalled 3,500,000
gross tons. Russia has received more than 1,000,000 tons of food, thou-
sands of planes, and many tens of thousands of trucks, jeeps and other
military vehicles.
"Russia is counting on help from its comrade of the United Nations--
the United States. That help, arriving in large quantities, is aiding
to upset Hitler's false calculations.
"Goebbels said on November 17, 1942: "Americans imundate the world
with an armament program based on pure bluff."
"But Goebbels has never contended that 200,000 Axis troops in Tu-
nisia laid down their arms in abject surrender -- before pure bluff.
He admitted then, that the debacle of the self-styled "master-race" was
due to larger numbers of fighting men, equipped with a greater amount
of more efficient weapons.
"U. S. Undersecretary of War Robert P. Patterson, in a speech on
May 25, 1943, said: "Since Pearl Harbor, the United States has produced
