Dear General Farley:
I am writing this letter in the
interest of Miss Alice Braithwaite of
Joplin, Missouri, who wishes to obtain
a position in one of the Government De-
partments in Washington.
Miss Braithwaite is thorough-
ly experienced in bookkeeping and account-
ing as well as clerical work. Her Demo-
cracy is unquestioned, and i will appre-
ciate any consideration shown her.
