Otto Schoen fornfelt,Missour 1 Dear Mr. Schoen: In the absence of Senator Truman who has returned to Missouri for the remainder of the summer, I wish to acknowledge your letter of August Eighth, re- garding Mr. John Dolan who desires to be included in the personnel being transferred from the Re- settlement Administration office at Columbia to Indianapolis. For your information, Mr. Julien N.Friant, Special Assistant to the Secretary, Department of Agriculture, Washington, D.C., has advised us that the list has already been made up and the personnel chosen for Indianapolis, and I am sorry you did not write us sooner.
