American Consul General
Athens, Greece
Dear Sir:
I am enclosing you a letter from Mr. Jim
Theodoro of De Soto, Missouri, who is making applica-
tion for a visa for his nephew, Eoanis Asimskopoulos
of Athens, so that he may come to America and make
his home with him.
Mr. Theodoro bears an excellent reputation
in De Soto and throughout Jefferson County, as the
enclosed references will show. He is well a ble to
assume the responsibility for his nephew's well-
being.
Enclosed are affidavits from the American
Bank of DeSoto and a notarized copy of Mr. Theodoro's
income tax return for 1937, in addition to a number
of letters from people who have been associated with
him over a period of years. If they do not give suf-
ficient information upon which to issue a visa, I am
sure that Mr. Theodoro will be glad to give you any
additional data that you may need.
I will appreciate anything that you may be
able to do to hasten consideration of this applica-
tion.
Sincerely yours,
RELANAN
