AP, AP Towne, and both lateral projections have been made of the skull
revealing no evidence of skull fracture. The pineal is well calcified
and lies in the midline. The pituitary fossa is of normal size and
shape. There is considerable demineralization, which is probably
consistent with the patient's age.
IMPRESSION: NOTHING ABNORMAL SEEN IN THE SKULL.

An AP portable projection has been made of the chest revealing no
evidence of active pulmonary disease. The costophrenic angles are
clear. The cardiac silhouette is within normal limits. The thoracic
aorta is somewhat tortuous and elongated. Old healed rib fractures
are seen in the eighth and ninth ribs bilaterally. The appearance
of the chest has not significantly changed since our previous examination
on 10-13-64.
IMPRESSION: 1. NO ACTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE.
