The President today received the following message from
Ludwig Meyer, Chief Burgonaster of Coburg, Germany:
"Dear Mr. President:
NARA
For one year a feeding of 9,000 undernourished
school children has been carried through here
with the best results. I thank you, Mr. Presi-
dent, and the American people, with whose generous
assistance this was made possible, in the name
of the Town Council and the 50,000 inhabitants
of my town.
