I am deaph concerned about the
events which occurred in Birminghae, Alc. last
night. The home of Renered A- -D, King
was bombed and bedly daneyed. Shaty thereafte
anmitted the A.g. Gesta Motel was also brubed.
with injury These occurrences were followed by
crouds, risting , injury to a number of persons , and
cRsiderable property danage
I an particularly distressed that there
events should take place immediated following
the Birminghan Agreement which promiseds. so
much progress fn the Negros of that city in
the reclinctin of their just demands fn
equal treatment and opportunity.
