Subject: Jack Ruby
Sir:
On Sunday, November 24, 1963, I was assigned by Lt. Wiggins
to the down stairs Jail Office. I am a police clerk and
was following normal duties assigned to me.
T did not know Jack Ruby personally and would not have
known him had I seen him. I did not see him in the basement
until after the shooting, when he was brought in by the
arresting officers.
I did not see the shooting of Lee Harvey Oswald.
