S: I just talked with Hal Saunders about the Moroccan cabel about
personal protection. The King asked if we could provide protection for
while he is here.
K: I haven't seen it, but I'll look at it. Do you have any thoughts
about what should be done to it?
S: No, I just want to see that something is done with it.
K: I will focus on it right away. I have a strong feeling we've got
to do something to reverse this cycle.
S: My own personal judgment is that we are making it worse rather
than better. If we were willing, we could do something.
K: I doubt if we will get to that point.
S: I think we've bought some time.
