H: Is there a Presidential decision about Radio Liberty?
K: No. Did that madman Schlesinger knock that out?
H: Yes. He says the P ordered its termination.
K: This man is a menace. Would you write me an appeal? We just
approved it in the 303. How much will it be?
H: 12 million dollars.
K: I'll get it pub back in the 303 Committee. Just write me an appeal
as soon as possible.
H: Will do.
