K: I have talked to my associates. There have to be 3 minimum conditions. We
will accept those 10 items if there is connected with them an aggragate ceilimg
for wool and man-made -- a separate aggragate ceiling for each.
Y: What does that mean?
K: Total for each. No demonstration of inj ury -- you accept our word for it.
There's no sense bargaining because we cannot do anything. That's all I can
get our people to do.
Y: Would you repeat the three conditions slowly.
K: A separate aggragate ceiling for wool and one for man-made or else a
trigger mechanism. Second, we need no demonstration of injury , of pro
forma demonstration. Those are the two big items. These would allow us
to continue the negotiations.
Y: How about the 10 items?
K: They will be accepted.
Y: I will get my friend as soon as I can get hold of him today and ask him to
intervene on thes matter.
K: Right. You will let me know.
Y: I will be getting in touch with you.
K: Right
