AUDIO TAPING
HOMEBUILDERS CONVENTION
Monday, October 9, 1972
4:00 p.m.
The President's Private Office
THE PRESIDENT
BACKGROUND:
You have agreed to do an audio tape for the Homebuilders Association,
which will be used at a series of dinners they are planning to have.
Normally, an audio message from you would be approximately one
minute in length and accordingly, Ray Price prepared a script of
119 words. (Attached at Tab A) However, because of the nature of
this group, a longer version ( 2 1/2 minutes) was prepared which
enables you to make some good points about your cooperation with
the homebuilding industry. It was recommended that you consent to
record the longer version. (Attached at Tab BO)
SEQUENCE OF EVENTS
4:00 p.m.
The audio recording equipment will be set up
in your private office.
