II. TALKING POINTS
1.
I just want to drop in at the start of your staff meeting here
and tell you General Haig is going to be working for the
present in Bob's office and I expect all of you to give him
the same cooperation that you gave Bob.
2.
We are going through some difficult times, but we have been
through similarly difficult times during countless occasions
in the first term.
3. It has been the dedication, loyalty, and skill on the White
House senior staff that has been the major factor in the
list of accomplishments on both the national and international
scene.
