Va. -- A bomb is found aboard a TWA flight (ABC lead) and defused 12 minutes before scheduled to explode. Threats of future bombings leads TWA to search every flight. -- A Belfast bombing leads to fears of a major new terror campaign in N. Ireland. CHINA Secy.
