Egyptian and Israeli officials, meeting in a hastily erected tent on
the road to Cairo, signed historic 6-point agreement worked out by
HAK, sealing the C-F and opening the way to M-E peace negotiations
for the 1st time in 25 years. Sun CBS lead.

powers to see agreement's implemented in word and spirit.

CBS film, NBC noted, she predicted it wouldn't be too many days
before POWs are released.
On NBC she hoped and prayed
agreement would pave way to real and serious negotiations
Calling it a diplomatic statement, CBS said Meir didn't touch on
discrepancies. She made clear her real hope for real peace.
