PERSONAL STAFF TIME - APRIL 1983
During the month of April 1983, the President's scheduled
included 54 hours and 10 minutes of Personal Staff Time.
In reviewing the diary of his actual daily schedule, much
of this time was used for phone calls and brief meetings
with his staff.
When computed in with the figures for the amount of time
that was actually used, Personal Staff Time accounted for
34% of his total schedule.
If you would like additional information about how many
phone calls and meetings took place during his Personal
Staff Time, please let me know.
