Thatcher arrive North Portico of The White
House, accompanied by Mrs. Leonore
Annenberg, U.S. Chief of Protocol-
designate, and are met by:
Michael K. Deaver, White House Deputy
Chief of Staff
OPEN PRESS COVERAGE
10:26 a.m. Prime Minister Thatcher and Mr. Thatcher
are escorted to the Yellow Oval Room
(Residence Level) by Mr. Deaver.
Staff accompanying Prime Minister Thatcher
proceed to the State Level Dining Room,
where tea and coffee will be served.
Mrs. Annenberg will serve as hostess.
10:30 a.m. Prime Minister Thatcher, Mr. Thatcher, and
Mr. Deaver arrive Yellow Oval Room.
10:30 a.m. THE PRESIDENT and Mrs. Reagan join Prime Minister
Thatcher, Mr. Thatcher, and Mr. Deaver in the Yellow
Oval Room for tea and coffee, (i.e., private meeting).
10:45 a.m. Staff accompanying Prime Minister Thatcher
board motorcade at North Portico.
10:50 a.m. THE PRESIDENT and Mrs. Reagan escort Prime Minister
Thatcher and Mr. Thatcher from Yellow Oval Room to
North Portico for departure.
10:55 a.m. Prime Minister Thatcher and Mr. Thatcher
board motorcade and depart.
