Dear Sir:
A short time ago a suit was entered
against this Corporation by one of our former employees
who claims that she contracted a jou necrosis mile
working in the Application Department of our Factory.
The matter has been placed in the hands of
our New Jersey attorneys, Lindabury, Depue & Temlics of
Newark, and I am conseguently referring your request of
the 20th to Mr. Stryker of that firm.
