Dear Sir:-
We are enclosing herewith a clipping from yesterday's
New York World and would ask that you tell us the whole story,
lso a little while ago the writer noticed an article or two
in reference to suit which had been brought in the regular Court
instead of before the Compensation Commissioner. Will you please
inform us fully as to how this is progressing and why it was
permitted to be brought in the regular Court instead of the
Commissioner's Court.
We would like to have you go into this whole subject
fully stating what precautionary measures, if any, you have taken
and state recommendations you would offer for the future.
Yours truly,
WATERBURY CLOCK CO.
