Gentlemen:
Attention: Mr. Lee.
I am forwarding herewith bill of my firm for all
services rendered to date in connection with the various
matters we have been handling for your company, all of which
grew out of or are connected with the claims made by em-
ployees because of alleged injuries said to have been caused
by conditions in your plant.
While I have to some extent itemized the bill you
realize that it is impossible to completely state in detail
the services rendered in connection with these matters.
I trust that you and your company will find this
bill satisfactory.
As you know the matter which is still open is the
failure of the insurance company to pay Doctor Flynn.
I
have no hesitancy in advising you to institute suit against
the company and will be glad to take up this matter with
you at any time you may desire.
Very truly yours,
S.
Encl.
