Gentlemen:
Following your advice, we have decided to
institute suit against the American Mutual Liability Insur-
ance Company for the amount of Dr. Flinn's charges in con-
nection with the defense of the Carloughs-Maillafer-Kuzer
suits, and you may proceed at once with the action.
The amount involved is $1653.00 and this was
paid by us to Dr. Flinn under date of March 30th, 1926.
