Dear Mr. Granger:
Please find enclosed the article by
Dr. Flinn, appearing in the May,1927 Laryngoscope.
You will note that Dr. Flinn did not
mention your Concern by name, which I thought would be
the case kmowing how caroful he is regarding such things.
As we understand it this paper was
published without Dr. Flinn's direct authorization, but
I believe it is the practice that when any paper is read
before a medical society one of the rules is that it
may be published according to the discretion of the
Society.
