The conference has been arranged for 8 e'elock sharp.
Monday eventing. Jenuary Dth, at the home of Mr. Arthur Roeder,
467 Lincoln Ave., oronge, N.J.
This As in accordance with conversations over the
telephone with Mr. Unrkley and Its. stryker, whom 1 believe have
made arrangements with Mr. Smith.
We are preparing copies of all correspondence bearing
on our netions, to determine the dangers involved in the application
of luminous material from the time we were first apprised of the
fact that Dre Davidson and Harry of Newark, had stated that a
haserdous condition existed In our plant. This correspondence will
be arranged in chronological order and a synopets prepared.
This will be ready for distribution to you at the meeting
at Roeder's home on Honday, or at an earlier date if possible.
